April 12, 2008 - Self Defense Seminar (Franklin)
This self defense seminar will be held @ our Franklin,
NJ location. The seminar will teach you how to apply
basic kick boxing skills to real life self defense.
It will be taught by Kurt Nelle; a 22 yr.veteran of
law enforcement, an active duty swat team member and
police defensive tactics instructor. Kurt is also a
lifelong martial artist who has trained law enforcement
including the U.S Marshal Service, private security
and professional body guards. The seminar is open to
all members, their friends and family as well as anyone

Club KO Kickboxing and Cornerstone Pets are conducting
a Thanksgiving fundraiser for Companion Animal Placement
of Hoboken, NJ. View the details on the adoption event

Contest (Hoboken)
Thank you to everyone who submitted their essays! After
careful review of every a winner has been chosen based
on several different criteria. The winner of the contest
was a standout for her obvious sincere appreciation of
and dedication to Club KO. All of our staff is trained
to create a motivating workout and encouraging environment
that is intended to promote a positive and healthy lifestyle.
The winner, Ingrid Schultze (a Hoboken member from Secaucus,
NJ) illustrated how the workout at Club KO combined with
her own dedication combined to benefit all aspects of

KO’s 10th Anniversary Party (Hoboken)
November 15th 2007 marks Club KO’s 10th Anniversary! We’ll
be celebrating this momentous milestone with a party for
all our friends and members. Keep your eyes peeled for
an announcement about where and when the festivities will
take place! |

Oct 6th, 2007 - Hoboken University Medical Center 5k Run
(Hoboken)
We are pleased to announce that Team Club KO dominated
in HUMC's 5K Run to benefit The Hoboken University Medical
Center's Emergency Department! Team Club KO had more than
40 members and staff entered in the race, and a great
time was had by all.
Club KO Instructors Bridget B. and Gil C. also won silver
medals in their age groups, and Team Club KO won trophies
for having the most participants and for having the fastest
team. The trophies are on display at our 900 Madison Street

Sept 30, 2007 - Hoboken Arts & Music Festival (Hoboken)
In keeping with our yearly tradition, Club KO Kickboxing
was present at the Hoboken Arts & Music Festival. Club
KO has been an excited participant of this event for as
long as we've been around. It is always a pleasure to
be a part of such a great event. Especially when the weather
is as nice as it was this past weekend. We raffled off
a free "10 Weeks to Your Ultimate Body" Program
and made a bunch of new friends along the way. Thanks
to all the staff, members and friends that made it another
special day at the festival!

Club KO Kickboxing has opened up in Wallington
and will be hosting an open house. There will
be plenty of giveaways including free t-shirts
and CKO Merchandise. A special pre-sale rate will
be provided to those that attend the Open House
and we will be having a raffle for a free 10
Week Program membership!

Club KO has changed my life" Essay Contest
(Hoboken)
We know that Club KO has changed your life and now we're
giving you a chance to tell us how. The contest is open
to all current and former Club KO members. The rules
are simple. Explain in no more than 500 words how Club
KO has changed your life. The winner of the contest
will win 2 free Personal Training sessions with our
Instructor Extraordinaire Mike. All submissions must
be submitted or faxed to Mike no later than October

This Monday night, August 13th, Club KO will hold an outdoor
kickboxing class, with heavy bags, on Hoboken's Pier A
at 7pm.
