Dealing With Information Overload

But the readiness of information is mind numbing at times. Dealing with information overload is a by-product of the digital age, and the problem won’t go away soon.
To take control of the influx of constant data, you can take some of these steps: Email: Ruthlessly eliminate all the non-relevant stuff that sits in your inbox. Be strict with the time you devote to your email. TV: Although you probably watch TV to relax, it is actually counterproductive. Mobile Phones: You can turn them off!
